While I treat many different mental health clients, I specialize on working with people who experience anxiety, panic, depression, C-PTSD or other forms of trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder, attachment issues and strife in relationships. Many of these issues are often interrelated, and exacerbated by factors such as addiction, a history of harmful relationships, systematic oppression, the stress and noise of modern life and, perhaps most notably, isolation.
In my work with couples, I utilize Emotion-Focused Therapy to facilitate a new way of expressing needs, holding boundaries, having disagreements that are respectful and productive, and re-connecting to love within ourselves and our partners.
Through all of these difficulties, there is a way forward to healing, peace, and joy. Please read on or book a free consultation with me to discuss further!

Meet Geoffrey Graham, LCSW
I’ve been working in the field of mental health and recovery since 2017, and I love my work. My current focus is on working with individual adults and couples. I’m friendly and warm by nature, which I attribute to my Midwest Mother’s roots (hi Mom!)
My professional training and experience is centered around Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Trauma-informed therapy, Buddhist Psychology, and Gestalt Therapy.
Aside from my work, I am a musician who enjoys cooking/baking, hiking and getting that perfect hook in bowling.
Testimonials
“When I began work with Geoffrey, I was in a desolate place; rock bottom and on my last resort. I felt like none of my previous therapists, as much as I liked working with them, made an impact that lasted long term or really “worked.” Geoffrey’s openness and calm demeanor immediately put me at ease. Thanks for showing me my strengths and for teaching me to give myself grace. I really feel like our work has given me the skills I need to open the next chapter of my life.”
— From a client in their 20s dealing with depression and family rupture
“What a lifesaver Geoffrey has been for me. He keeps me on even ground. He keeps me thinking, he keeps me feeling. He keeps me responding and he keeps me asking. He’s very much appreciated in my life.”
— From a client in her 70s navigating major life changes
“Geoffrey has helped me feel safe, access different parts of myself, and work towards the goal of being my own safe place. He is an exceptional therapist, a standout among the many I’ve worked with over the years.”
— From a client in her 40s, working to resolve a history of complex trauma
